A WOMAN who gets incredibly bloated after having gluten has revealed that she pretends to be pregnant.
And her act is so convincing that she's even had people give up their seats for her because they think she's expecting.
Jem took to TikTok to share a video of herself wearing low-slung jeans and a figure-hugging grey vest top.
The ensemble drew attention to her belly, with Jem playing along by placing her hand gently on top of the "bump".
"When I eat gluten and get my bloated belly in public, so I just act like I'm pregnant," she wrote over the top of the clip.
"Sometimes I wonder if I'm a real person!" Jem captioned her video.

"What if someone from you're family sees you?" another asked.
To which someone else replied: "I'm sure her family knows she has a gluten problem!"
"Plot twist, you find out tomorrow you’re actually 5 months pregnant," a third commented.
