Millions of people across the UK have enjoyed an extended four-day weekend as to celebrate Easter.
Whether it's spending time with the family, meeting friends, or just staying in you will of course need to make sure you are fully stocked up with food and drink.
But if you need to pop to the shops on Easter Monday then you should be aware that most major supermarkets have changed their opening and closing times as it is a bank holiday.

So whether some last-minute dinner necessities, stock up on reduced Easter chocolates, or if you've forgotten all about your big weekly food shop, it's best to double-check your local store's opening times before heading out.
Here are the opening times for Aldi, ASDA, Tesco, Lidl, Morrisons, M&S, Sainsbury's and Waitrose on Easter Monday.
Aldi
Aldi stores in England and Wales will be closed on Easter Sunday, but will be open from 8am until 8pm on Easter Monday.
The opening times of some stores may vary, so customers should check details of their local store here. Opening times for stores in Scotland will stay the same.
ASDA
All large Asda stores in England and Wales will be closed on Easter Sunday.
Stores in Scotland will remain open on Easter Sunday, as will most Asda Express convenience stores. The majority of Asda shops will be open again between 7am and 10pm on Easter Monday.

Tesco
Opening hours for Tesco stores will differ across England and Wales over the Easter weekend.
On Easter Sunday, all larger stores in England and Wales will be closed, but its Scotland stores will remain open. The vast majority of Tesco Express stores will remain open on Easter Sunday.

M&S
Most M&S stores will be closed on Easter Sunday in England and Wales - however some may open from 9am to 6pm.
Stores will reopen on Easter Monday but times will vary depending on the store.
Scotland stores will remain open on Easter Sunday. Then on Easter Monday, most M&S stores will be open from 8am until 8pm.

Lidl
Lidl stores will be closed on Easter Sunday, opening again between 8am and 8pm on the bank holiday Monday. Some store opening times may vary and customers are advised to check the store finder on Lidl’s website, for details on their local branch.
Morrisons
Morrisons opening hours differ depending on your location but most will be closed on Easter Sunday. Opening times on the other days will likely be from around 7am until around 9pm or 10pm at night, but this will vary from store to store.

Waitrose
On Easter Monday most Waitrose shops will open from 8am to 8pm, with some Little Waitrose shops open 6am to midnight.
Most Waitrose shops in England, Scotland and Wales will close on Easter Sunday (31 March) with the following exceptions:
