Bristol City have vowed to support Ireland international Chloe Mustaki after she was ruled out for the rest of the season due to injury.
Mustaki has battled back from illness and injury in her career before but due to a hip problem, she will not appear for club or country again this term.
“I’m extremely disappointed to not be able to feature again this season but the support from everyone at the club, as well as the fans, has been a big help in recent weeks,” Mustaki said.
City boss Lauren Smith added: “We’re gutted for Chloe on both a personal and professional level, and we’ll continue to work hard on helping her return to action.”
Mustaki missed the most recent international window with a groin injury but how a hip problem has been diagnosed.
The 28-year-old had made 11 appearances for Bristol this season
