Royal Mail down updates — Customers fume amid issues with Click and Drop as delivery service hit with outage

ROYAL MAIL'S Click and Drop service has been hit with an outage this morning.

Hundreds of users complained that the service was running slowly or not working this Tuesday.

Over 600 reports have been made as of this afternoon, according to Downdetector.

One fuming customer took to X and wrote: "Don't need a calendar when you have @click_and_drop.

"Need to know when it's the day after a Bank Holiday? Just try and use it. Falls over every time without fail."
