Arsenal's draw with Manchester City on Sunday has kept them bang in the Premier League title race with only nine games remaining.

The Gunners are just two points behind leaders Liverpool as they prepare to host Luton Town on Wednesday. Ahead of that game, Gary Lineker has offered his backing to Mikel Arteta's side in the race for the title.

Areta has also confirmed that Gabriel Martinelli will be fit to start against the Hatters. Martinelli started the trip to City on the bench, but will be fit from the off when Luton visit the Emirates Stadium.

That welcome update comes as Gary Neville slammed David Raya for his performance against City. Here, Mirror Football rounds up all the latest Arsenal news.

Martinelli injury update

Mikel Arteta has confirmed Gabriel Martinelli will be available to start against Luton on Wednesday. Martinelli was on the bench in the draw with City, with Arteta revealing he will be fit to feature from the off at the Emirates.

"He is because he was available to play against a really tough opponent three days ago. Again, we'll train today and see the state of every player and make the right decision tomorrow," Arteta said.

"Yeah, we have discussed that and pushing each other and being available to contribute in any way to help us win the game and perform consistently at the level that we need to so we're going to need everybody."

Gary Neville has blasted David Raya for his performance against Manchester City. Raya kept a clean sheet in the bore draw and only had one save to make despite City's all-star attack.

But Neville took aim at the Spaniard for his "terrible" kicking, pointing out how the Arsenal goalkeeper struggled to stay on his feet. The Manchester United legend was less than impressed with the 28-year-old.

During the first half of what was billed as a potential title decider, the Manchester United legend bemoaned on commentary for Sky Sports: "Raya's kicking has been terrible. It's not helping him that he keeps falling over as he kicks it."

Lineker backs Arsenal in title race

Gary Lineker is sticking with his Premier League title tip - but admits he has doubts. The Gunners are just two points behind leaders Liverpool and raised the topic on The Rest Is Football podcast with Alan Shearer and Micah Richards.

Shearer said: "Yeah I'm not changing my mind yet, I've not seen anything drastic to change my mind yet. I'm sticking with City." Richards added: "We're sticking, we're sticking. We're not twisting, we're sticking with City. I agree with Alan."

Lineker then insisted he is still backing Arsenal, but admitted he feels it will be Liverpool who will win the title. He said: "Well, I've stuck throughout with Arsenal, I'm going to stick with them. But I've got a slight feeling all three of us might be wrong. But we shall see."
