Hull's own Lucy Beaumont has announced a new tour date - in her hometown.
The stand-up comedian and writer will take to the stage at Connexin Live shortly before Christmas as part of an extension of her UK tour.
Lucy has appeared on panel shows such as Have I Got News For You, The Last Leg and 8 Out Of 10 Cats Does Countdown, as well as starring in her own series alongside husband Jon in Meet The Richardsons, which was nominated for a BAFTA. Lucy also created the sitcom Hullraisers which is based in the city and starred in the radio sitcom To Hull And Back, featuring fellow Hull actor Maureen Lipman.

Her December show is the latest comedy event announced at the venue, following the likes of Greg Davies, Paddy McGuinness and Jimmy Carr all recently announcing Connexin Live within their respective tours.
