Conor McGregor made it a night to remember for one of his patrons as he signed the leg of a woman who had a tattoo of his face.

Shonagh Wilson visited the Dublin Pub the Black Forge Inn over the weekend and got the chance to meet her idol and show off her tattoo.

And in a hilarious turn of events, McGregor decided to autograph her leg as the place erupted with laughter.

Wilson got the tattoo while McGregor was at the peak of his fighting career back in 2016 and finally got the chance to come face to face with her hero.

And the hairstylist went one step further, then getting the autograph permanently tattooed on herself.

Posting on her hairstylist business account, Wilson said: "8 years ago I got a Conor McGregor portrait done by Willy G @willygtattoo at the Dublin tattoo convention which won best of show.

"Ever since I always wanted Conor to see and sign it so I could get it tattooed. My dream came true at the weekend at the @theblackforgeinn when I met Conor @thenotoriousmma again and he finally saw the tattoo and signed it for me.

"Of course I had to message Willy G to get it tattooed, being on a limited time scale with it going to rub off and willy being booked out today he pencilled me in with Carl @carloztattoos50 who works in his studio @willygtattoo and I got it tattooed today. I am over the moon with it only the best for the job."

And McGregor replied: "What a night!"

The Dubliner is set to return to UFC action at the end of June and is set to face Michael Chandler. The UFC star has not officially announced his comeback but is likely to headline UFC 303.

McGregor last fought in July 2021 when he broke his leg in a loss to Dustin Porier and has only recorded one win since 2016.
