They're in love, they're in love, and they don't care who knows it! Dev Patel and girlfriend Tilda Cobham-Hervey have officially made their red-carpet debut as a couple, and aren't they just a pair of smitten kittens? Patel and Cobham-Hervey were photographed hand in hand and making googly eyes at each other at the Los Angeles premiere of Patel's new movie Monkey Man on April 3, marking the first time they've made their relationship a “thing” in public.

Patel dressed in a minimalist suit for the event, while Cobham-Hervey opted for a flowy sundress with a floral pattern and white ruffles at the shoulder. From the pictures, which include shots of the pair laughing and giggling at each other while she leans on his shoulder, you'd think they were still in the obsessive, honeymoon stages of the relationship. But in fact, they've been together for at least seven years.

Technically speaking, this isn't the first time they've been on a carpet together since they started dating. According to Elle's timeline, Dev Patel and Tilda Cobham-Hervey first met when they were shooting Hotel Mumbai in her hometown of Adelaide, Australia, in 2016. They started dating soon thereafter, but they attended Hotel Mumbai events as coworkers, not boyfriend and girlfriend. This isn't the first time they've been spied engaging in a little PDA, either. In 2017 paparazzi began catching the couple smooching and holding hands, but they had yet to go officially public with their romance until now.
