PLAYER RATINGS: Bruno Guimaraes nets crucial late winner for Newcastle
DOMINIC HOGAN AT CRAVEN COTTAGE: Newcastle continued their late push for European football after beating Fulham 1-0.
Bruno Guimaraes crashed home a superb winner for Eddie Howe 's side at Craven Cottage after latching onto a loose ball on the edge of the penalty area.
MATCH STORY: Wolves 1-2 West Ham
ROSS HEPPENSTALL AT MOLINEUX: When James Ward-Prowse scored direct from a corner in the 85th minute, the drama had only just started as Wolves captain Max Kilman had a late equaliser ruled out by VAR to leave Molineux fuming.
Call it a fluke, or maybe just further proof of Ward-Prowse’s outstanding technical ability, but the midfielder scored direct from a corner in the 84th minute to give what turned out to be a victory for West Ham.
MATCH STORY: Everton 1-0 Burnley
DOMINIC KING AT GOODISON PARK: Burnley were always good for Sean Dyche and they continue to be so. Just when Everton ’s manager needed help to end a famine, how appropriate his old club came bearing gifts.
The bare facts will tell you a goal from Dominic Calvert-Lewin in first injury time enabled Everton to win in the Premier League for the first time in 112 days – their last victory, way back on December 16, had come at Turf Moor – but there was so much more to it.
MATCH STORY: Aston Villa 3-3 Brentford
JOE BERNSTEIN AT VILLA PARK: Returning England striker Ollie Watkins silenced the travelling fans by scoring twice in an epic see-saw contest at Villa Park.
Fourth-place Aston Villa looked on course for a regulation win when Morgan Rogers’ goal in the opening minute of the second half added to Watkins’ first-half header.
MATCH STORY: Luton 2-1 Bournemouth
TOM PRENTKI AT KENILWORTH ROAD: The Luton Town fairytale is most certainly not over yet. A heroic fightback at Kenilworth Road earned them a first win in 12 games to breathe new life in the battle for Premier League survival.
MATCH STORY: Fulham 0-1 Newcastle
DOMINIC HOGAN AT CRAVEN COTTAGE: There was an air of inevitably coming into the game; Fulham had won nine at home, Newcastle lost as many on the road. Of course this one would end in the visitors taking home all three points.
After the heartbreak of seeing one chalked off just moments earlier, Bruno Guimaraes cropped up with the golden strike to sink a truly vibrant Fulham in the 81st minute, the Brazilian earning his side a fourth away win of the season in a game in which they were dominated.
FULL TIME: Wolves 1-2 West Ham
Gary O'Neil is aboslutely incensed as he berates the referee for ruling out Kilman's equaliser at the death and you understand why.
West Ham weren't at their best but grind out a valuable victory that moves them level on points with Manchester United.
The biggest concern will be an injury to Jarrod Bowen that saw the England international limp off.
DISALLOWED GOAL: Wolves 1-2 West Ham
Wolves have their late goal struck from the record as VAR decides that a player in an offside position was restricting Hammers goalkeeper Fabianski.
That is a huge let off for the Hammers because I can confidently tell you there is no way Fabianski was getting to that even if there was nobody in his way.
FULL TIME: Luton 2-1 Bournemouth
This is a HUGE win for Luton who at 1-0 down looked like their relegation fight had been given a fatal blow.
Jordan Clark cancelled out Marcus Tavernier's stunning first half effort before Carlton Morris sent Kenilworth Road into raptures with a winner in stoppage time.
FULL TIME: Aston Villa 3-3 Brentford
The craziest game of the afternoon is brought to its end as spoils are shared at Villa Park.
Ollie Watkins was at the double on his return to Villa's starting side, but it wasn't enough to snatch victory as a determined Brentford refused to give up.
Tottenham fans will be buzzing with that result knowing that victory against Nottingham Forest tomorrow will move them to within three points of fourth place.
FULL TIME: Everton 1-0 Burnley
That game won't be remembered for long by the Goodison Park faithful but it could be the match that carries Everton away from the relegation zone.
Dominic Calvert-Lewin's resurgence continues with a second consecutive goal, while Burnley were masters of their own downfall with Dara O'Shea being sent off just when the Clarets looked like hitting back.
Goal: Luton 2-1 Bournemouth (Carlton Morris)
Kenilworth Road erupts as Morris punishes Bournemouth to score in the 90th minute and complete what looks set to be a late, great comeback for the Hatters.
Andoni Iraola rang the changes for the visitor's in the second half and Luton have been pushing relentlessly.
Finally they get the goal that could keep them in the Premier League as Luton move level on points with Nottingham Forest. This is why we love football!
Goal:Wolves 1-2 West Ham (James Ward-Prowse)
Wow what a crazy goal to match a crazy game as James Ward-Prowse scores directly from a corner.
It's the type of thing you try with your mates in the playground as a kid with Jose Sa flapping at the ball in the air and the corner sailing in at the back-post.
Dreadful goalkeeping but Ward-Prowse doesn't scare after scoring what might be the craziest goal of his career.
Goal:Fulham 0-1 Newcastle (Bruno Guimaraes)
If at first you don't suceed, try, try and try again. Well that message has got through to Newcastle as immediately after having their goal disallowed, Guimaraes pops up with a stunning finish from range.
The Brazilian marks his 100th appearance for the club in the best way possible as Newcastle lead.
Goal: Aston Villa 3-3 Brentford (Ollie Watkins)
Wow this is a ridicuous game at Villa Park as Watkins scores his second of the game to make the match 3-3 with a towering header.
Villa have been dreadful in the second half but the England striker has given them hope as Brentford now try to hang on for a point!
Goal:Fulham 0-1 Newcastle (Fabian Schar)
I can barely catch my breath as the goals continue to fly in across the Premier League and this time we are over at Craven Cottage for the first of the afternoon.
Schar times his run to perfection and is left at the back-post for a simple tap-in to give Newcastle a shock lead in London.
Goal: Luton 1-1 Bournemouth (Jordan Clark)
Luton are leve and could that be the lifeline to stay in the Premier League as Jordan Clark smashes a shot into the bottom corner after being tee'd up on the edge of the box!
Kenilworth Road goes wild and Luton have their tails up now. Will there be a late winner?!
Goal: Aston Villa 2-3 Brentford (Yoane Wissa)
WOW! Aston Villa's first-half advantage is completely wiped out as Wissa is perfectly placed to latch onto Reguilon's cut-back and smashes his effort Emi Martinez.
Villa Park doesn't know how to react as the visitors complete a 15 minute turnaround and now lead against the odds.
Brentford have been brilliant but Villa have completely fallen apart and what a moment this could be in the race for the top four.
Goal:Aston Villa 2-2 Brentford (Bryan Mbeumo)
I was just writing the update for Brentford's first goal scored by Mathias Jorgensen when Mbeumo adds a second less than two minutes later.
Villa Park is stunned, Brentford have shown their fight yet again and suddenly Tottenham will believe they can catch Villa in the race for the Champions League.
Goal: Aston Villa 2-0 Brentford (Morgan Rogers)
It's a brilliant build-up led by Youri Tielemans as he bursts through midfield before spreading the ball as Morgan Rogers rounds off a beautiful move.
Clearly Emery's half time team-talk gave the hosts renewed motivation as Villa double their lead with Brentford caught sleeping after the break.
Goal: Everton 1-0 Burnley (Dominic Calvert-Lewin)
Breakthrough at Goodison and now the goals are rolling in around the Premier League.
This was a goal all of Burnley's own making as they mess around with the ball at the back and Calvert-Lewin is there to pounce.
It's two goals in two games for the Everton star who has been largely absent today prior to that strike.
Goal: Aston Villa 1-0 Brentford (Ollie Watkins)
It's chaos in the box as a header from Ollie Watkins is tipped onto the post before the ball begins ricocheting around the penalty area.
It's not 100 per cent clear who got the final touch but it's been given to Watkins on his return to the starting side.
Fulham 0-0 Newcastle
Dominic Hogan, Mail Sport at Craven Cottage: 'The Fulham fans are far from impressed with Martin Dubravka.
The Newcastle stopper has twice gone down hurt holding his knee - which the home supporters are seeing as impeding their side's impressive momentum so far in this one.
'His second spell on the ground even brought on chants of 'Cheat! Cheat! Cheat!' from the stands. Dubravka in fairness doesn't look to be feigning injury, but he's certainly made more than a few enemies on his trip to the capital.'
Luton 0-0 Bournemouth
Bournemouth are trying to counter-punch everything Luton do with Justin Kuivert looking lively, but the hosts are still on top.
It's been a concurrent theme at Kenilworth Road this season with the hosts starting strongly, but they really need to produce a complete performance today.
Newcastle seeking to extend unbeaten streak
It's been a difficult season for Newcastle, largely hampered by injuries, but they can go three games unbeaten today at Craven Cottage.
Eddie Howe has been under some pressure to find an improvement in form during the end of season run-in and history is on their side having not lost at Fulham since 2016.
John McGinn returns for Villa
Villa were well beaten by Man City earlier in the week but are boosted by the return of their captain for today's clash against Brentford.
John McGinn has served his three-match suspension after previously being sent off against Tottenham and slots right back in to Unai Emery's starting side.
Everton explain Idrissa Gueye's absence
Everton are without two midfielders in the form of Idrissa Gueye and Amadou Onana, with Sean Dyche revealing the reasons for both their absence from Goodison Park.
Gueye's partner gave birth last night and in the wise words of Dyche has 'a lot on his plate' while Onana is recovering from injury.
It's all over at Palace
Man City have just beat Crystal Palace 4-2 at Selhurst Park to move level on 70 points with Liverpool at the top of the Premier League.
It was an emphatic performance from Pep Guardiola's title-challengers who initially went behind before Kevin de Bruyne inspired the visitors to a brilliant comeback.
You can follow all the reaction from that game below.
Today's talking points
Phew, now that's the team news sorted, what are some of the big talking points this afternoon?
Well, Everton's hosting of Burnley is a real bottom-of-the-table humdrum with the Toffees currently four points adrift of the relegation zone and Burnley only eight points from safety.
Meanwhile, Luton are desperate to continue their tangle with the top-flight and a visit from Bournemouth - who are virtually safe - could be the perfect opportunity to nick three points.
Aston Villa will want to further cement their place in the top four and victory over Brentford will be a huge boost for Unai Emery's Champions League hopefuls.
