Donald Trump has claimed Joe Biden soiled himself in the Oval Office in yet another unhinged rant.

Trump made the strange remarks during ada 45-minute speech at a dinner held at a mansion owned by billionaire financier John Paulson in Palm Beach, Florida, an exclusive island community.

During the remarks, the Republican frontrunner also insinuated that Joe Biden soiled the Resolute Desk. As reported by the US Mirror, this received a bunch of laughs from the audience.

As per an attendee's account of events, Trump also hinted that his affluent dinner guests were momentarily safe from nearby undocumented immigrants.

Trump ridiculed Biden for making poor decisions behind the Resolute Desk, a gift to the United States from Queen Victoria in 1880.

Trump declared: "The Resolute Desk is beautiful. Ronald Reagan used it, others used it. And he's using it. I might not use it the next time. It's been soiled. And I mean that literally, which is sad."

Some of Trump's speech was specifically crafted for his audience, other phrases were repeated from his usual stump speeches - he's been repeating his warning of a "bloodbath for the country" unless he is elected at most events.

Following a diatribe against Biden's immigration policy, which Trump claims involves migrants being "shipped in, brought in, deposited in our country," the former president had more to say.

Comparing new migrants to notorious bikers, Trump claimed these individuals "make the Hells Angels look like extremely nice people."

"These are people coming in from prisons and jails," he said. "They're coming in from just unbelievable places and countries, countries that are a disaster."

Trump seemed to hint at a controversial comment from 2018 when he referred to Haiti, El Salvador, and several African countries as 's***hole countries.'

"And when I said, you know, why can't we allow people to come in from nice countries, I'm trying to be nice," he mused. "Nice countries, you know like Denmark, Switzerland? Do we have any people coming in from Denmark? How about Switzerland? How about Norway?"

The outspoken ex-leader has accused migrants of "poisoning the blood of the country" and echoed similar sentiments during a rally in Grand Rapids, Michigan recently, charging Biden with setting loose a 'bloodbath' at the southern border.

"Under Crooked Joe Biden, every state is now a border state. Every town is now a border town because Joe Biden has brought the carnage and chaos and killing from all over world and dumped it straight into our backyards," Trump said.

The Biden campaign reported a huge cash advantage over Trump last month, raising $90million in March. In hopes of closing the gap with Biden, Trump pulled out all the stops at his Florida mansion and invited plenty of special guests, including South Carolina Senator Tim Scott and North Dakota Governor Doug Burgum - who are both rumored to be among Trump's top picks for vice president.

Trump already celebrated his new funds with a special message on Truth Social: "Biggest night in Fund Raising of ALL TIME!!!Will double up the Biden number of last week at Radio City. People are desperate for change. They want to MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN! DJT"
