BLACKPINK’s Rosé looks unrecognisable with curly hair

BLACKPINK's Rosé typically wears her hair straight and sleek, so when we saw her with full, glamorous curls in a new Dazed Korea editorial, we had to do a double take.

The musician snagged the cover of the magazine's spring 2024 issue, posing in several different cute 'fits with her pale pink hair styled in soft, tousled curls. Sure, she's worn her hair wavy in the past, but this is a much curlier, more romantic look than we've ever seen her wear before, which makes her almost look like a different person in the coolest way.

In one shot, Rosé wears a cropped long-sleeved top and miniskirt styled with socks and metallic shoes, then changes into a vintage-y T-shirt emblazoned with the words "Wild Horses." In another shot, she wears a metallic bubble miniskirt, a white tank, and a slouchy leather jacket with flat sneakers. The curly hair is definitely the centrepiece of her look, but we also love the minimal makeup and bright pink lip gloss combo, which feels like springtime personified.

Rosé's Dazed Korea cover was shot by photographer Go Wontae. She was styled by Yun Aeri, with hair and makeup by Lee Seonyeong and Lee Myungsun, respectively. Throughout the editorial, Rosé poses with various Rimowa products, as she is notably an ambassador for the brand.

All of the BLACKPINK band members are fashion icons in their own right, and, of course, Rosé is one of our favourites to watch. We love her Saint Laurent fashion show looks — she's an ambassador for the brand — and glam red carpet gowns, like the one she wore for the Vanity Fair Oscars after-party, but we also love finding beauty inspo from her, most notably her platinum or pink hair colour and her fun takes on popular manicure trends like lip gloss and butter nails. Are the Dazed curls the signal of a new direction for Rosé's personal style, or is she just having fun trying out new looks? Either way, we're all about it.
