Wolves vs Arsenal LIVE!

Arsenal are back on top of the Premier League table after a vital win away at injury-plagued Wolves on Saturday night. The dominant Gunners ground out a 2-0 victory at Molineux with a goal in each half to crucially bounce back from a torrid week that saw them beaten at home by Aston Villa before being ousted by Bayern Munich in the Champions League quarter-finals.

Leandro Trossard’s sliced shot gave Mikel Arteta’s side a deserved half-time lead over Wolves, but they first needed David Raya to push Joao Gomes’ strike onto the post after a mistake from Jakub Kiwior. Arsenal dominated second-half proceedings in the West Midlands, but could not find the second goal that their performance certainly warranted as the undermanned hosts instead began to grow a little in confidence.

However, it was Arsenal who pushed on in search of a late finisher and they got it when captain Martin Odegaard squeezed past Jose Sa at his front post deep into stoppage time. Follow Wolves vs Arsenal reaction live below, with expert analysis from Standard Sport’s Simon Collings at Molineux.
