A high-profile secondary school headmaster, accused of child sex abuse and possessing indecent images of children, has arrived at Mold Crown Court for the start of his trial today. Foden, 66, of Gwynant, Old Colwyn was wearing a blue jacket, dark trousers and blue shoes.
He denies 16 counts of sexual activity with a child, inciting sexual activity, attempting to arrange a sexual offence, sexual communication with a child, possessing still images and indecent videos of a girl, and sexual assault on a child.
The trial which is expected to open this week is set to last up to three weeks.
