One person said: "Absolutely brilliant. I’ve used this air fryer for a few months now and I’ve used it to cook and re heat lots of different things. Very robust, easy to use and sync each compartment. Easy to clean and very energy efficient compared to using oven. Highly recommend."

Another said: "A great-sized air fryer for one person...but capable of cooking a meal for two. Being dishwasher safe, cleaning is not a problem although I do suggest getting a couple of silicone inserts...as I can use the air fryer more than once a day. The handy air fry, roast, dehydrate and warm-up preselection is handy. It certainly has made the freezer section in the supermarket a lot more interesting halving the time one would use if you used an oven."

A third remarked: "I know alot is said about the power efficiency and cooking options of an air fryer and how it makes everything better but wow, this thing is awesome. It takes no time to pre-heat, uses probably half the energy of my oven and the different options are amazing, everything comes out perfect. It takes a little practice to get used to it as food generally cooks quicker, but everything that comes out of it once you nail it down is so much better than what you would get out of an oven. This thing was worth every penny."

Of the few negative reviews, one person said: "Everyone I know who has a Ninja thinks it is brilliant. I purchased a smaller Tefal air fryer in March this year and apart from the fact it is rather noisy I loved it so decided with a good Black Friday deal I would buy a larger Ninja and give the Tefal to my son. Whilst there is nothing rally wrong with the Ninja the cord is far too short, so it has to be really neat to socket, it takes much longer to cook anything even when using only one side and doesn’t cook food anything like as well as my Tefal. After a week, I’ve got my lovely Tefal back and son has the Ninja."

Another said: "Well, least now I have it and it works fine thus far. Just hope it doesn't go wrong any time soon. It was difficult to get amazon to realise that first time round it had not been delivered. Least now it finally has. Dunno what the first supposed deliverer was up to..."

The Ninja FlexDrawer 10.4l is available for purchase at £219 on Amazon, Ninja, Very and Argos. You can get it cheaper on eBay for £189 refurbished while stocks last.
