Councillor Stephen Ferry, South Ayrshire Council’s Portfolio Holder for Education, said: “I’m delighted that in the last few months we’ve had three schools with glowing inspection reports.

“The headteachers and staff should be very proud of their achievements. They work tirelessly to provide the most nurturing and engaging environments for our children and young people, and it’s when we get this kind of feedback that they know their hard work is paying off.

“I know they’ll continue to work with parents and carers and the community to build on this success and maintain the high standards identified in the reports.”
