Cardiff City are reportedly interested in signing Sevilla striker Musa Drammeh.

The Bluebirds are in desperate need of a striker, having struggled to score from open play this season, and it is understood that position is at the top of the club's priority list this summer.

And Football Insider claim Cardiff, Birmingham City and Sunderland are all plotting moves for the 22-year-old, who will be available on a free, this summer.

Drammeh has predominantly played his football for Sevilla's B team, Sevilla Atletico, for whom he has scored 11 goals in 61 appearances. He helped them secure promotion to the Spanish third tier last season.

The Gambian forward was linked with a move to Sunderland in January, but no transfer materialised. Now Cardiff and Birmingham are reportedly keen to swoop in the summer.

Drammeh was born in Barcelona and can play either as a striker or out wide. He is said to have rejected contract offers to stay with the Spanish club, with his current deal to run out in June.

He has garnered interest this season in particular due to him bagging 10 goals and three assists in 30 appearances this term.

Cardiff's transfer dealings are likely on the back-burner as things stand, though, with manager Erol Bulut's contract also up in June, as things stand.
