Popular high street retailer New Look has slashed the price of hundreds of different summer dresses from £12 onwards as part of a huge sale.
Whether you prefer a midi dress or something a little shorter for the hot weather, there are plenty of different options to choose from online and in-store. To save you the trouble, I visited the New Look website to pick five different dresses for £20 that you can easily dress up or down with a pair of trainers or heels.

Blue Grandad Collar Mini Shirt Dress - £20
This dress has a grandad collar with pretty 3/4 sleeves and a flattering belted waist. I really like the mini length and the button-up fastening.
It could easily be worn for work with some tights and boots, or for a night out with some strappy heels. For a more casual look, this dress could be paired with trainers and a denim jacket.

I love the bold print on this gorgeous mini dress, with a nice v neckline and button detailing. My favourite thing about this dress is the short puff sleeves, and anything with a belted waist has my vote.

I actually think this dress would be great for a special occasion, and it's not a bad price at all either! It has really pretty frill straps and a ruched front to flatter the tummy area.

This is another dress that I think could double up as a special occasion outfit, and I'm obsessed with the polka dot print too. Polka dots seem to have come back in fashion recently, and the brown shade is quite unique.
