These 23 photos offer a glimpse into fashion captured in Liverpool city centre back in the 00s.
Fashion and trends come and go - but the people of Liverpool have always been known for their sense of style - and these snapshots show how we used to dress back in 2009. For some, it only feels like yesterday, but 2009 was the year Nowhere Boy hit cinemas, Miley Cyrus released The Climb and Modern Family first aired on TV.
The ECHO recently delved into our archives to rediscover fashion photos from our street style segment a decade ago in 2014. And we've since revisited these brilliant photographs from the late 00s.

Faux fur hats, necklace beads tied in a knot, printed dresses Paul’s Boutique bags and drawstring bags all made the cut. A few members of the public also said the likes of Kate Moss, Victoria Beckham and Sienna Miller were their style icons.
