Gray or white hair can appear at almost any time in life, according to Medical News Today.

It’s normal for these colors to develop as people age, but factors such as stress, genetics, vitamin deficiencies, and hair dyes may also contribute.

Studies have shown that a balanced diet and good hair care can help slow down the process of locks turning white.

However, nothing can prevent or reverse the process if it is caused by genetics or aging.
