Man in his 20s found dead as cops arrest two over ‘administering a noxious substance’ at property in Guisborough
A MAN in his 20s has been found dead - as cops arrest two on suspicion of "administering a noxious substance".
Officers were called to a property in Guisborough, North Yorkshire, at around 1.05am following reports of the sudden death of a man.
The death is currently being treated as unexplained and enquiries are ongoing, Cleveland Police has said.
Two males, aged 18 and 21, have been arrested on suspicion of administering a noxious substance.
They have now been bailed while enquiries continue, cops added.
A witness told TeesideLive that around 15 police cars were in attendance.
Ambulance service colleagues reported the sudden death the police.
A North East Ambulance Service spokesperson said: "We received a call to 999 shortly before 1am (April 28) to an incident at a private address in Guisborough.
"We sent a duty officer, clinical team leader, specialist paramedic and two emergency ambulance crews to the scene."
