Liverpool are already being linked with potential new signings ahead of the summer transfer window.

The Reds are preparing for a new era at Anfield that will see a new manager take charge at the club. Jurgen Klopp will depart at the end of the season, and the expectation is that he will be replaced by Feyenoord boss Arne Slot in the hot seat.

It remains to be seen what players Liverpool will look to target as part of the new dawn that is heading for the Red half of Merseyside. Despite the uncertainty, rumours are already emerging of the players that could move to Anfield this summer.

Reports in Italy are claiming that Napoli striker Victor Osimhen is a player of interest to Liverpool. According to Corriere dello Sport, the Reds are one of several clubs considering a move for Osimhen this summer.

It has been claimed that Chelsea, Arsenal, Manchester United and Paris Saint-Germain are in the race to sign Osimhen. The report suggests that PSG are the frontrunners to get a deal over the line, but adds that Osimhen has an ambition of playing in the Premier League which can give Liverpool encouragement.

Elsewhere, Liverpool are also apparently interested in signing Atalanta midfielder Teun Koopmeiners but may face competition for his signature. According to Quotidiano Sportivo, Juventus have also entered the race to sign the Netherlands international.

However, the report claims that Juventus may find it difficult to sign Koopmeiners due to Liverpool's apparent interest, hinting that the Reds may have the upper hand. It has been claimed that any club wishing to sign the midfielder would need to meet Atalanta's €60 million (£51 million) asking price.

In other reports, it has been claimed that Liverpool are interested in signing Brighton midfielder Carlos Baleba. According to Caught Offside, the Reds are joined by Manchester United and Arsenal in showing an interest in the Seagulls star.

It has been reported that Liverpool are scouting potential new midfield additions ahead of the summer transfer window, with Baleba listed as a possible target. However, the report claims that Brighton will only allow Baleba to leave the Amex Stadium if their valuation of £55 million is met.
