The owners have laid plans for an ambitious transfer window while investors like Beckham Jr, Kate Upton, and Mesut Ozil have acquired ownership stakes. Moreover, the Red Dragons have also entered into a sponsorship with Gatorade recently. But, the excitement generated by all this news pales in comparison to what might come. It seems Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney are keen to have Taylor Swift show up at STōK Cae Ras. But, the 14-time Grammy winner has never been spotted at a soccer match before. So, how are the Hollywood duo looking to lure her in?

The answer lies in Travis Kelce, NFL star QB and Taylor Swift’s boyfriend. On the Fearless in Devotion podcast, the owners were asked about Swift showing up for a game. Reynolds replied that it would be a cool idea and one he would love to see. McElhenney added, “I know for sure the Kelce brothers are coming out.” Reynolds said, “That’s our hardcore plan, that’s how you lure queen B.”

Previously, McElhenney had offered the Kelce brothers a tour of the Wrexham locale. In fact, Travis and Jason hinted that they might accept the invite. Perhaps, this could be why McElhenney is counting on them to visit Racecourse ground. Regardless, McElhenney’s plan to lure Swift seems a much better plan than Patrick Mahomes’. The quarterback also had promised to bring the pop sensation to CPKC Stadium.

While Reynolds is a friend and admirer of Swift, he had previously revealed the issue of her visiting Racecourse Ground. Reynolds said, “We’re going to need some more seats. They play the biggest of the big stadiums.” But, it seems a solution is being worked on.

Reynolds and McElhenney plan to quadruple the Wrexham stadium capacity!

At the moment STōK Cae Ras has a capacity of more than 12000. Also, work is currently going to build an additional stand that will add an extra 4000 seats. However, Reynolds and Co. have an ambitious long-term vision for Wrexham’s iconic ground. He said, “We have a plan in place right now that we would eventually work from stand to stand, so eventually all 4 sides. It’s hard to say for sure, but we think we can get between 45 and 55 thousand people in there.”
