Belfast insurance and HR firm WF Risk Group has bought a Dublin-based peer for an undisclosed sum.

The parent company said the acquisition of Compass Insurance Brokers is the latest milestone in its growth trajectory, expanding both its geographic reach and portfolio of services.

It employs 150 people from its offices in Belfast, London, Hull, Leeds and now Dublin, offering risk and wealth management, human resources consultancy and employee benefits.

Compass is led by director John Mollohan who founded the business is 2011 and who will remain with the it after the acquisition.
