Paladin Partners Adds Industry Veteran as a Partner

New Partner Robert Miller joins Dallas-based Paladin, which is actively involved in various aspects of commercial real estate and community development in North Texas, taking a multifaceted approach to growth and innovation in the region.

Robert Miller has joined Dallas-based full-service commercial real estate company Paladin Partners as a new partner.

“We’re extremely honored to have Robert join the team,” Conrad Madsen, SIOR, co-founder and partner of Paladin, said in a statement. “Adding him to the firm allows us to have significantly better coverage on the western side of DFW and helps bring our vision of opening an office in Fort Worth one step closer to reality.”

Madsen regularly shares insights into the CRE market dynamics and trends.

On a recent podcast, Madsen noted that the industrial sector in Texas outperformed in a tough year in CRE.

“We had 9,000,000 square feet of positive net absorption in Q4, to put us at 31,000,000 for the year,” he said. “This was our third-best year of all time—we even surpassed what we were doing pre-pandemic. The e-commerce and manufacturing boom is real.”

Expanding services in Tarrant County

Madsen said of Miller: “Ultimately Robert wanted a platform that truly fosters culture, collaboration, and equity opportunities all behind a unified approach, and we were lucky to be a perfect fit for his vision. He will be a key contributor to the team for many years to come.”

Paladin is actively involved in various aspects of commercial real estate and community development in North Texas and said that it takes a multifaceted approach to growth and innovation in the region.

Its work spans from commercial listings and brokerage services to significant contributions to the industrial and labor market dynamics in Dallas-Fort Worth.

Madsen said the firm’s success is built from going above and beyond for clients—and its ability to understand the nuances of submarkets and the DFW market.

“In a big metro like Dallas, not only do you need to specialize in an asset class—you also need to specialize in the area, and you need to look at the long game rather than just chasing single transactions,” he said.

Co-founder and partner Greg Nelson said Miller’s addition will benefit the firm.

“Can’t say enough about Robert,” Nelson said. “He’s an outstanding addition to our firm, and we look forward to being able to provide more serviceability to our clients across Tarrant County and beyond. It’s not often you find a guy that has spent decades at the same company wanting to make a move and we are very fortunate to have him. He will be instrumental to our continued growth. We are all about the character of the man first and foremost and Robert checks all those boxes with flying colors. It was a very easy decision for us to add him to our team.”

Miller began his real estate career in 2002 in Temecula, California with Lee Associates before relocating to Dallas-Fort Worth more than 10 years ago. He has had experience working with both industrial landlords and tenants across DFW and beyond.
