Motorists are being warned of disruption due to roadworks across inner South Belfast and the City Centre over most of the summer period.

Phoenix Energy says they plan to carry out reinforcement work on its network in the city, starting on May 7, when Alfred Street off Ormeau Avenue will be closed until May 16.

The works will take place at a number of different locations over the coming months and will see lane closures on some carriageways and the full closure of others. The works will be carried out on a street by street basis and will see some roads closed for multiple days at a time.
