The Met Gala is arguably the biggest night in fashion, and this year’s event was jam-packed with great looks. Given the dress code “The Garden of Time,” there were lots of florals and delicate lace fabrics seen around the carpet, from Zendaya’s custom Maison Margiela gown to Lana Del Rey’s tree-inspired Alexander McQueen look. But after a busy night full of extravagant ensembles and relationship hard launches (and even a surprise Ariana Grande performance), the stars changed out of their picture-perfect gala outfits and into fresh new ensembles as they made their way to the after-parties. The late-night celebrations allowed the stars to let loose and channel a more sheer, sparkly, dance floor-friendly style. For example, Cardi B swapped her flowing black gown for a fiery red number, and Charli XCX changed out of her Marni T-shirt gown into a metallic minidress. From Emily Ratajkowski to Kendall Jenner and Bad Bunny (who reunited at one of the gatherings), here are all of the after-party looks from the 2024 Met Gala.
