CONCORD, N.H. (WCAX) - New Hampshire officials have launched a yearlong education campaign encouraging residents to get REAL ID-compliant identification.

Starting next May, adults will need a federally compliant driver’s license, nondriver identification card or passport to board an airplane or enter federally secure buildings.

The IDs are marked with a star in the corner.

In an attempt to get all Granite Staters on board, the New Hampshire DMV is partnering with regional airports and federal agencies to get the word out.
