Vermont police locate 2 missing children

COLCHESTER, Vt. (WCAX) - Vermont authorities have found two missing children in connection with a report of custodial inference.
Colchester Police say 12-year-old twins Robert and Colt Rushford were with their mother, Heather Rushford, who does not have custodial rights for the children. Earlier Wednesday, police asked the public for help finding the children.
Police reported Wednesday night that the children were found safe and Heather Rushford was detained on undisclosed criminal charges.
