There’s a scene in Stephenie Meyers’s Twilight that lives in infamy amongst fans. Bella decides to wear a “long, khaki-colored” skirt to meet her boyfriend’s vampire family for the first time. It’s an outfit Edward immediately deems “utterly indecent” and “tempting.” Freak alert!

For a lot of readers, it’s hard to suspend disbelief long enough to view a long khaki skirt as anything close to provocative. But maybe that’s just because we were looking at the wrong Bella. Indeed, our real-life Bella—that is, supermodel and cowgirl and fragrance brand founder Bella Hadid—might have Twilight fans reconsidering their dismissal of the long-abhorred bottoms.

In a series of photos posted on Instagram on Wednesday, Hadid knelt in the middle of a grassy field wearing a low-rise suede skirt in a crisp khaki hue. The controversial bottoms featured an array of trendy details, including a low-rise silhouette, decorative X-shaped stitching, and a scalloped hemline.

Her secret to styling the skirt? An itty-bitty crop top, of course. Hadid paired the bottoms with a mocha-brown front0tie top with slightly sheer sleeves and floral pink and green embellishments on the bust. The top coordinated with her choice of footwear, a pair of dark brown leather cowboy boots. She completed the outfit with a few gold accessories, including hoop earrings and chunky bangles.

Now, that’s what I would call tempting.

In the pictures, Hadid poses with different bottles from her just-launched brand Orebella, an elevated fragrance line that develops alcohol-free and essential-oil-based products.

“I never had a fragrance I was so obsessed with that made me feel unique and different,” Hadid said in a recent interview with Harper’s Bazaar. “I started making my own and started making decks about it. Then, all of a sudden, I had conversations with myself about my future and, like, what excited me, and it really was bringing something that was so personal to me to the world, and having the opportunity for people to see my heart and my brain. Creating Orebella was the best form of therapy, especially just using my brain again and educating myself on different things and knowing the business behind all of this, but also being able to stay true to who I am.”
