Emmerdale fans have worked out Nicky Milligan's true fate - after he was left for dead in a car crash.
Nicky arrived in the Dales last year when he was revealed to be the son of Caleb Milligan, who was the secret son of Faith Dingle and Frank Tate. He was working with his father to scam Kim Tate out of her empire and Home Farm, but in a turn of events, Kim found out what he was up to and Nicky's identity was rumbled, meaning he pulled out of his wedding with Gabby.
Now Nicky is happily dating Suni and the pair are stronger than ever, but in a shocking turn of events tonight, Nicky found himself left for dead after a car crash. Whilst out with Ethan, Nicky got a text from Suni to say he was in the same bar as one of the homophobic men who attacked them last year. Horrified and worried for his boyfriend, Nicky insisted he needed to get there.
Worried Nicky has drunk too much, Ethan offered to drive but when he saw a police car up ahead, he panicked and tried to avoid the police officers. He ended up crashing the car after losing control of it, leaving Nicky severely injured.
In his panic, Ethan dragged Nicky out of the car and hid as he saw a car approaching. Moira notices the damaged vehicle and rushes to Nicky's aid and calls an ambulance whilst Ethan watches on - but will Nicky be ok?
Taking to social media, one fan wrote: "Nicky’s going to survive isn’t he just lose his memory Ethan will get away with it," whilst a second added: "Nicky will survive he's in the miracle hospital hotton general #Emmerdale."
During an appearance on Lorraine this morning, actor Lewis Cope teased Nicky could die. Host Lorraine Kelly said: "Well look, we don't want to give anything away because Emmerdale is obviously on tonight at 7:30pm. I just hope you're still going to be with us because we know that the car crash is going to be a bad one." To which the actor cheekily replied: "Maybe I'm dead?"
"No, don't say that! Don't say that, don't say that!" Lorraine shrieked as Lewis added: "We'll find out!"
