MADISON, Wis. (CBS 58) -- UW-Madison and protesters have come to an agreement on the encampment that's been on the Library Mall for the past 12 days.

According to the university, Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) will clear the encampment Friday, May 10, and agreed that they will not disrupt the weekend's graduation ceremonies or reestablish the encampment on campus.

In return, school leaders are committing to addressing concerns raised by protesters.

That includes planning meetings with decision-makers to talk about disclosure and investment principles. The school also promises more engagement with and support for students impacted by war, violence and displacement.
