Dublin are Leinster champions for the 14th consecutive time

It's full-time at Croke Park. Dessie Farrell's do enough in the second half to get over the line, but Louth have to be given huge credit for pushing them all the way.

Late drama! Louth have a second goal through Craig Lennon and they're only four points down.

Time is not on their side, however.

The ball bounces around and falls to Costello, who brings his tally to six points.

Having been given a scare, Dublin are on their way to another Leinster title.

While Dublin have upped the tempo, Louth appear to be tiring.

Two more points – from Con O'Callaghan and Paddy Small – means they lead by five now.

Mulroy's kicking has been flawless today and he adds another point from the ground.

Oh dear, Louth make a mess of their kick-out as Jack McCaffrey intercepts Niall McDonnell's pass.

He plays in Con O'Callaghan, who rifles the ball into the net, and Dublin retain control of the final.

John Small is in some pain after getting caught on the heel.

Costello makes no mistake from the free.
