Three men have been charged as part of an investigation into the supply of Class A drugs across Greater Manchester. 

Police officers from the Bolton Challenger team carried out a series of warrants on Friday, May 10.

They were supported by officers from Bury Challenger, the Tactical Aid Unit and neighbourhood teams.

Keiron Leonard ,31, from Corston Grove, Blackrod, Mark Cosgrave, 50, from Medlock Way, Whitefield, Bury, and Rhys Shaw, 33, from Albert Road, Whitefield, Bury, have all been charged with being concerned in the supply of Class A drugs.

Leonard has also been charged with possession of criminal property.

All three were remanded into custody when they appeared at Manchester and Salford Magistrates’ Court on Saturday and will  appear at Bolton Crown Court on June 17.

Detective Sergeant Paul Quinn, from the Bolton Challenger team, said: “I hope this action reassures the public that we are actively tackling suspected drug dealing and will listen to the concerns of our communities.
