John Lewis shoppers have been praising a 'flattering' £48 beach dress that's 'versatile for a holiday'.
The high street retailer is known for selling an array of different outfit options throughout the seasons, from lightweight summer dresses to glamorous wedding guest attire. This time, a Bernie Sleeveless Jersey Dress priced at £49 is being described as 'popular' online.
The dress is 'true to size' and is currently available in sizes 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 and 20. It has been rated a generous 4.7 out of 5 by fans online, praising the dress for its 'flattering' and 'breathable' fit.

In the reviews, one shopper said: "Really liked this dress. It's in a soft jersey material which makes it easy to roll up when packing for holiday and get out again. You can dress it down in the day or dress it up for the evening, adding accessories with colour. I would have loved to have bought one in different colours such as royal blue, but not available sadly. I bought a size down as I am not a fan of overly large baggy dresses. Perfect loose fit when tried it on so did not need to send it back to exchange."
A second shopper said: "Very comfy and wearable. I'm a curvy 12-14 and found the 12 to be a good fit. Mid calf on my 5.3 height. Good weight to the jersey and it seems like good quality. The tiers help hide a less than slender tummy and the dress can accommodate my 30h boobs. Only downside is that it doesn't have pockets!"
