No. 30 Barun, Horwood Set To Compete At NCAA Doubles Championships

FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – No. 30 Božo Barun and Jared Horwood will begin their journey towards a national championship as they are set to compete at the 2024 NCAA Doubles Championships to be held May 21-25 at Greenwood Tennis Center in Stillwater, Okla.

The duo will face No. 64 Stian Klaassen/Sacchitt Sharrma of San Diego in the Round of 32 on Tuesday, May 21. The start time for the match is still TBD.

Barun and Horwood posted a 5-8 record at the No. 1 position in doubles for the Hogs, including four wins against ranked opponents. The tandem collected their highest ranked victory of the season after a win against No. 10 Casey Hoole/Toby Samuel (South Carolina) while achieving a season-high ITA ranking of No. 29. The duo won their first three matches together in early March with two victories over ranked opponents.

All matches will air on ESPN+ with Cracked Racquets providing their CrossCourt Coverage, or fans can track live results though the tournament homepage.
