MINNESOTA Timberwolves star Anthony Edwards' postgame comments have gone viral again.

The former No. 1 overall pick offered a hilariously blunt response to Charles Barkley, 61, claiming he hasn't been to Minnesota, Minneapolis, in two decades on Sunday's Inside the NBA.

The Timberwolves stunned the Denver Nuggets in Game 7 of their second-round NBA playoff series.

They overcame a 20-point deficit to claim a 98-90 win and set up a Western Conference Finals matchup with the Dallas Mavericks.

That means the Inside the NBA crew will travel to Minnesota this week with TNT Sports exclusively presenting the series.

And Barkley wanted to ask Edwards, 22, for advice on the local dining scene ahead of the trip.

"I have not been to Minnesota in probably 20 years," Chuck said during the post-Game 7 interview with the 6-foot-4 guard.

But the TNT analyst couldn't finish his question.

"Bring ya a**!" Edwards interjected, causing Barkley's colleagues to chuckle.

The Timberwolves star then promised to help the NBA icon out, crafting a list of restaurants that are worth visiting.

"I'm going to find your number through somebody," Edwards said.

"I'm going to send them to you."

I’m gonna be on LinkedIn,’ says Charles Barkley as Inside the NBA star jokes about show’s future on live TV

Barkley's memory failed him during the interview, though.

The Phoenix Suns legend has been to Minnesota in recent years, covering the Final Four in the 2019 NCAA Tournament – which took place at the city's U.S. Bank Stadium.

Earlier in the series, Edwards made NBA Twitter laugh when he confirmed telling the Nuggets arena's staff that he would see them again soon before the Wolves actually forced Game 7.

The exchange was said to have taken place after Minnesota fell behind 3-2 with a 112-97 loss in Game 5.

Inside the NBA's future?

Inside the NBA's run on TNT Sports is in doubt due to the NBA's broadcasting deals.

The Emmy-winning sports show is a fan favorite thanks to the likes of Shaquille O'Neal and Charles Barkley.

But TNT's broadcast deal with the NBA is up after next season and NBC is lining up a bid to take those rights.

If TNT loses its NBA package, it raises questions over the popular Inside the NBA.

One solution could be to recreate the show on another network, which snaps up the NBA rights.

"Hell yeah!" Edwards told reporters having led his team to a 45-point victory that leveled the series two days later.

"They know. Y'all was in there.

"I told them, 'I'll see y'all motherf***kers for Game 7.'"

Edwards logged 16 points, eight rebounds, seven assists, and two steals in Game 7 against the defending NBA champions.
