Mastermind is searching for contestants for its new series.
Producers Hat Trick/Hindsight Productions are seeking contenders for the BBC Two quiz show, open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
Applicants will face Bolton-born Clive Myrie to be tested on both their specialist subject and general knowledge.
Producers are particularly keen on attracting a variety of contestants, encouraging 'pub quiz whizzes', and even those who might not usually consider applying for quiz shows.
The application process begins with an online form, followed by a potential Zoom audition with the casting team, featuring a short general knowledge quiz.
The audition is described as 'very relaxed and fun' and lasts around 15 to 20 minutes.
Although the deadline for applications is May 9, 2025, producers recommend applying promptly as casting has already started.
