Bridget Jones fans will be getting excited about the new film release coming this month but if you’ve not seen all the films or read all the books, you might want to catch up beforehand.

Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy will be released this week. Before then though, you can either catch up with what you missed or go back and reminisce on your favourite books and films.

The books, written by Helen Fielding, were published in a different order compared to the films.

So, to read the books in order, you’ll need to read Bridget Jones’s Diary and then move on to Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.

Book three is Bridget Jones: Mad About The Boy and the fourth is Bridget Jones’s Baby: The Diaries.

Mad About The Boy will be shown in UK cinemas this week but there’s still time to watch the previous films.



The first film is Bridget Jones’s Diary while the second film is Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason.

Next up, you can watch the third film Bridget Jones’s Baby. Then it’ll be time to watch the new release, Mad About The Boy.
