Police in Leeds are hoping to identify a Sunderland supporter following The Whites' 2-1 win last month.
Three CCTV images of a man detectives would like to speak to have been released. Officers want help identifying the man - believed to be a Sunderland fan - following Leeds United's 2-1 victory over Sunderland at Elland Road on Monday, February 17.
The man, pictured in a blue waterproof jacket with silver hair, is wanted in connection a "racially-aggravated public order incident", police say.
A West Yorkshire Police spokesman said: "Police in Leeds are appealing for the public’s help in identifying a man who they would like to speak to following an incident at Elland Road football stadium.
"CCTV images have been released as part of ongoing enquiries to identify the pictured man. Officers would like to speak to him in connection with a racially-aggravated public order incident at the Leeds United FC v Sunderland AFC on Monday, February 17.
"He is understood to be a Sunderland supporter. If anyone recognises this man, they are asked to contact Leeds District CID via Live Chat online or by calling 101, quoting crime reference 13250093908."
