Liam Gallagher has left his Cotswolds home and life of rural living as he prepares to return to London in preparation for the Oasis reunion world tour. The 53-year-old singer and his fiancée Debbie Gwyther recently left their rented mansion in the Cotswolds, where they had resided for the past year.

They vacated the enormous 11-bedroom property, which was costing them £19,000 a month, and returned to Liam's villa in north London that had been undergoing renovations during their absence.

It is believed the move was made to facilitate easier access to band rehearsals as Oasis reunite for the first time in 16 years. It's understood that Liam had become disillusioned with life in the Cotswolds, which hadn't offered the privacy he desired and felt more like living in a fishbowl, the DailyMail reports.

A source close to the singer said: 'It's a six hour round trip from Gloucestershire to London and he was looking at a huge upsurge in commitments there so it just felt sensible to move back.

'After all the hype the real preparations for the tour are finally happening and that means he needs to 'be here now'...'.

Debbie, 40, who is not only Liam's partner but also his manager, changed the registered address of her company Fear PR from their old Stroud address to Liam's north London house earlier this week. The couple are expected to reside there full-time until the Oasis tour commences in Cardiff on July 4.

Liam purchased the five-bedroom mock-Tudor house on a quiet north London street back in May 2020. The property has been shrouded in scaffolding for much of the past year during its renovation, with plans also in place to add a swimming pool.

Before relocating to the Cotswolds, Liam was frequently spotted jogging on Hampstead Heath near his home. However, he's recently had to reduce his running due to hip arthritis.

The Oasis Live 25 tour is set to commence on 4 July at Cardiff's Principality Stadium, followed by sold-out performances at Manchester's Heaton Park, London's Wembley Stadium, and Murrayfield stadium in Edinburgh.

Following these gigs, the duo will embark on a worldwide tour, with shows scheduled in Japan, Argentina, the United States, and Brazil.

Reportedly joining Liam and his brother Noel on this year's tour are Oasis bandmates Andy Bell on bass, Gem Archer and Paul 'Bonehead' Arthurs on guitar, along with newcomer Joey Waronker on drums.
