Boots shoppers say 'I don't look tired anymore' after using £10 No7 eye cream

The eye cream that claims to give 'visibly younger-looking skin' has been discounted for one day only at Boots.

Boots customers can purchase a cream that promises to make skin appear and feel 'younger'. For a limited time, it's available for less than half its usual price thanks to Boots' latest flash sale, offering shoppers significant savings.

The No7 Pure Retinol Eye Cream may come in a small 15ml tube, but Boots says a little goes a long way. Usually on sale for £24.95, the cream has been discounted for one day only as part of the store's weekly £10 Tuesday sale.

This discount cuts nearly £15 off the product's price. It's an ideal opportunity for shoppers to replenish their regular beauty supplies or try something new without breaking the bank.

No7 experts claim that the cream, infused with pure retinol, works overnight to "deliver visibly younger-looking skin around the eyes". The active ingredients are said to reduce the appearance of "deep wrinkles, fine lines, dark circles and puffiness", reports the Mirror.

The cream has been "dermatologically tested" to work best around the eye area. The skin around our eyes is thinner than elsewhere on the body, requiring more gentle care as it can be more prone to dryness, irritation, and early signs of ageing.

If you're in the market for a new eye cream, there are plenty of alternatives available. Superdrug offers Me+ Retinol Eye Cream in the same-sized 15ml tube for £9, which has received rave reviews online. Alternatively, you could try The INKEY List Retinol Eye Cream (15ml), available from retailers such as Next or Boots (both £13).

Many shoppers are raving about the No7 product, with dozens of reviews pouring in online. One customer said: "I've been using the eye cream and night cream at night for around 6 weeks and can definitely see an improvement in skin texture and a softening of crows feet - love it."

Another added: "The puffiness under my eyes has gone! I've tried all sorts of eye cream and this is the first one that's worked!" A third buyer wrote: "I want to use it all the time, because I have applied it this evening and noticed a result immediately, like less than a minute later!"

They added: "Before I had chance to apply the cream to my left eye, the bag from around my right eye had visibly shrunk and the dark shadows have disappeared." Someone else wrote in their review: "My dark circles have nearly disappeared and my fine lines are gone! People have commented that I look less tired."

A fifth person shared: "Incredible! My dark circles are pretty much gone and the skin is young and glorious." However, the product hasn't won over every shopper.

One customer claimed: "It made the skin around my eyes so sore and wrinkly. I persevered for a few days but couldn't continue and it took a few more days after stopping use for my skin to recover."

Another had a similar warning and wrote: "I followed the instructions, applying only to the outer socket, not the lid, every other night. I have been left with sore, red peeling skin that feels and looks sunburnt."
