As the weather gets warmer, many shoppers are on the lookout for their go-to summer dress. Finding a piece that's easy to throw on in the morning that's comfortable and airy even on warm days can be tough, but New Look shoppers have been praising one in particular.

The Gingham Check Tiered Midi Dress priced at £35.99 and is available in pink or green - it's the perfect piece to wear repeatedly throughout the summer. The dress, which features a trendy tiered silhouette, is available in sizes 6 to 20 across both colour options.

It's crafted from woven cotton for ultimate comfort during the summer months, and includes back waist ties for those who prefer a more fitted look. If you're after the gingham style but the New Look dress doesn't quite hit the mark, there are plenty of other alternatives out there.

For example, the Black Gingham Sleeveless Tiered Charlie Midi Dress from Nobody's Child, priced at £89, features a round neck and shirred bodice, a figure-flattering A-line skirt, and a chic oversized smock fit.
