Arsenal 2025 summer transfers: Every confirmed signing and sale for Mikel Arteta's side

Almost one month since the first summer transfer window opened for business, Arsenal only have the one new signing to shout about, and one who is not expected to play a prominent role in Mikel Arteta's first XI.

Nevertheless, capturing the world's most expensive goalkeeper for just £5m is no mean feat, as Arsenal took advantage of a cheap release clause in Kepa Arrizabalaga's Chelsea contract to find themselves a competent David Raya backup.

The Spaniard should be closely followed by two other defensive-minded signings, as Martin Zubimendi's unveiling is forthcoming, while a £15m deal for Brentford midfield enforcer Christian Norgaard is heading in the right direction.

Once the midfield duo are through the door, Arsenal can focus all their attention on getting a deal for Valencia's Cristhian Mosquera over the line, before potentially ramping up their pursuit of Crystal Palace's Eberechi Eze.

However, there has still been no serious progress on the striker front, as Andrea Berta weighs up whether to put all of his eggs in the Viktor Gyokeres, Benjamin Sesko or Hugo Ekitike basket.
