Primark shoppers have been celebrating the budget fashion store's latest range of loungewear. Some say they've been waiting for the retailer to start selling the item of clothing that they claim "Primark has finally listened", adding comments like "finally my prayers have been answered," and "woohoo".

Taking to TikTok to share the new arrival, content creator Libbie May Fitzpatrick uploaded a video of a shelving unit packed with straight-leg joggers at her local store. Pleased about the news, she quickly spread the word in a video to fellow fans, which has now been watched more than 536k times, and you can watch it below.

In the clip, she told viewers: "Finally, Primark have listened and they have now got straight leg joggers that only £7 and they've got a wide selection of different colours. Woohoo! And no more cuffed joggers! So make sure you get to Primark and get some!"

In the comment section, many shoppers expressed delight, including Sophie who said: "Finally my prayers have been answered." Kate said: "Buzzing." Meg put: "Yipeee."

Lorna asked: "What are they like around tummy area? I have a mum tum I love these kind of bottoms for hiding my tummy." Libbie replied: "They're really good." Lauren asked: "Are they tall friendly?" Libbie said: "Yes."

Olivia admitted: "I stopped wearing joggers for like months and now they decide to do this." Josephine also shared: "Just cut some of my joggers for my dance show so they could be straight leg joggers, and then I see this."

Gemma had a different idea of how to wear the joggers, writing: "Ooooo be perfect as winter pyjamas." Someone else said: "Probs ain’t long enough for long legged girls," But Libbie told them: "I’m 5ft 8." Melisa added: "Cries in petite and everything being too long." However, Noah didn't seem too impressed, writing: "Literally 2 washes and they are done."

Primark has yet to add the new straight-leg joggers to its website, so shoppers keen to get themselves a pair should head to stores in the meantime. In Libbie's video, she holds up a pair of joggers, which seem to be made with a thick, soft material. She claims they cost £7 each.

The video features a range of sizes and colours. Including extra small to extra large, and shades like cream, white, khaki, black, brown, and pink.

The part of the joggers that shoppers seem most excited about is that they aren't cuffed at the ankle. The joggers also come with an elasticated waistband you can tie at the front.
