Emmerdale fans believe they've worked out who Eric Pollard will lease the Wishing Well Barn to, and it's a soap legend.
The Barn has been a fixture in the ITV drama since Charity Dingle (Emma Atkins) first constructed it in 2011.
Village icon Eric (Chris Chittell) and his late wife, Val (Charlie Hardwick), then ended up buying the property.
Eric remained at the Barn after Val was tragically killed off in 2015. He currently lives there with his friend, Kerry Wyatt (Laura Norton).
Eric, who has been a staple on the ITV soap since 1986, has faced a number of challenges in recent months, reports Belfast Live.

His relationship with Brenda Walker (Lesley Dunlop) ended last year after he squandered her life savings on a failed cryptocurrency venture.
Brenda subsequently departed the village for a global cruise with her former stepdaughter, Cathy Hope (Gabrielle Dowling), in April.
Earlier this month, Eric's health deteriorated following a severe fall at home that led to his hospitalisation. Soap viewers will recall that the ITV veteran was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease last year.
Kerry attempted to organise a carer for Eric upon his return home, but he promptly dismissed the woman due to their lack of rapport. Eric then asked Kerry to look after him, but only if she accepted payment.

Last week, Kerry overheard Eric informing his friend, Rodney Blackstock (Patrick Mower), of his intention to sell the Barn and downsize.
Kerry was feeling uneasy about her housing situation, expressing: "I know it makes sense and god knows I need to do something else with my life... It's come out of the blue, but I can't be your lodger forever, can I?"
Eric then had a change of heart and told Kerry that he planned to rent out the Barn and move next door, before sharing that he wanted her to move with him and his grandson, Jacob Gallagher (Joe-Warren Plant).
Now, several Emmerdale fans believe they've worked out who Eric will rent the Barn to, with many suggesting Caleb Milligan (William Ash) and his wife, Ruby (Beth Cordingly).

The couple currently reside in a flat at The Mill, while newlyweds Aaron Dingle (Danny Miller) and John Sugden (Oliver Farnworth) live in the second flat.
"So Eric mentioned he's gonna rent out his place, is that a hint of a new family coming or an existing villager moving in?" one person wrote on a Facebook fan page.
Another added: "I think Ruby and Caleb would be better suited to the barn," while a third said: "Caleb and Ruby should rent it."
Meanwhile, a fourth viewer suggested: "He doesn't have a home in the village currently, so maybe Ross' brother Lewis rents it out."
Emmerdale airs weeknights on ITV1 at 7.30pm and is available to stream from 7am on ITVX
