Liberte Rooftop Village

Liberte’s rooftop village has stunning igloo pods for guests to enjoy their drinks in.

The New York inspired bar on the Bentley Building roof on the Strand offers the city a unique bar experience.

Each igloo can sit up to ten people and is decorated with cosy throws and fairy lights.

The igloo village is open from midday until late and are available to be booked by the igloo or by the table.

Dash in Liverpool city centre is a restaurant and bar at the former Sugar Hut and Living Rooms venue on Victoria Street.

It is decorated with blossom and teal contrasts with a bold black and white diamond flooring and has a stairway entrance leading up to glass doors etched with the Dash signature.

Customers are welcomed with a 10 metre-plus bar, with restaurant banquettes and stand-alone tables for 125 people to the left, opposite a spacious bar area and curved booth seating.

Liverpool Gin Distillery on Castle Street is a distillery, bar and kitcehn all in one place.

One of the main attractions at the Liverpool Gin Distillery is its specially designed Gin Lab where visitors will learn about the history of gin and organic Liverpool Gin, before exploring a wide range of botanicals and distilling their very own bottle of Liverpool Gin, which can be named by them.

Aether

The Aether bar in Liverpool ONE is from the team behind The Alchemist. Aether, which opened in 2018, is a nod to the brand’s original roots.

Focusing primarily on mixology and live music, the bar features signature "boundary pushing" cocktails that are influenced by the elements.

Inside the venue has a central island bar, surrounded by plush booth seating.

While outside, there is an al fresco dining area with an additional 80 covers overlooking Chavasse Park.

The bar doesn't take bookings, just turn up and enjoy!

Grand Central

Grand Central on Renshaw Street is an iconic Liverpool Grade II listed building.

It originally opened in 1905 and, as well as being a live music venue, is a hotel and boasts seven stunning bars and a food hall.

Punch Tarmey's is located in the iconic Cains Brewery on Stanhope Street.

The brewery closed in 2013 and the site, formerly Higsons, is now home to a thriving market development.

Inside, you will be transported back to the brewery's heyday as the Irish bar has remained a lot of its original characteristics.

The bar only accepts walk-ins, so you can't book in advance.

The Alchemist on Brunswick Street is known for serving cool and crazy cocktails.

The drinks come bubbling with dry ice and the presentation looks like something out of a chemistry lab.

In fact, the whole bar area is stacked with copper chemistry beakers and the stylish bar has a warm and cosy atmosphere.

Beautiful for its views of the Albert Dock alone, Lunyalita is a great choice if you're around the waterfront.

The restaurant is from husband and wife team, Peter and Elaine Kinsella, who also own Lunya on Hardman Street.

Unlike Lunya, Lunyalita (meaning little Lunya) is more intimate and boasts a sun terrace, cafe, bar and deli.

The restaurant can be found next to the Beatles Story in a unit which has kept its originally arched ceilings, brickwork and flagstone floors from two centuries ago.

The interior of the building features a domed banking hall with Corinthian columns from Alliance Bank that was originally based in the building.
