JAMES Argent showed off his bulging biceps and buff body as he hit the tennis court after an incredible 14 stone weight loss.
The 36-year-old, who ballooned to nearly 27 stone during lockdown, has been taking his fitness seriously ever since.

Now James has taken to Padel Aid in Slough with John Terry where they both participated in a charity tennis match.
James looked noticeably slimmer in a loose white vest and black shorts.
Currently weighing a healthier 15 stone 7lb, Arg has revealed that he feared eating himself to death as his weight skyrocketed to 27 stone amid his drug battle.
The former Towie star also revealed that his struggle with binge eating nearly killed him, saying: "Bingeing made me tired and lethargic so I’d make plans every day to meet friends, do a job or achieve something.
“But after I binged, I was so exhausted I’d end up just staying in bed and not leaving the house. Then one afternoon my mum found me in bed and started crying.
“She said, ‘I don’t recognise my son any more.’ That was a big wake-up call.
"Also, I reached the heaviest I’ve ever been in the height of the pandemic and doctors said I was dicing with death because I’ve got bad asthma and was morbidly obese, which was the worst possible combination if I was to catch Covid.
"I could have been a goner, so I just knew I had to do something."

James recently talked about how he found a balance that works for him with weight loss after shedding so much.
He said: "I think – I used to say to myself, 'the more weight you lose the better,” so the skinnier you are the better, but that isn’t actually the case because there are times when you’re too skinny."

James added: "And even now I’m trying to up my protein a little bit and trying to gain a little bit more."
Fans are convinced that the star will reunite with his famous ex and former TOWIE co-star, Lydia Bright, after he posted a series of snaps from her house.
This revelation that a reunion between the pair could be on the cards became more convincing when Lydia, 33, commented underneath the post.
She said: “Last photo shoot I am ever doing for you. It only took 100 shots.”
One fan commented: “Ooo you’re at Lydia’s !!! I know you two are just friends now, but my little heart leapt at this photo. There still a million of us out there, that would love to see you back together.”
