Every Blades fan attending the upcoming play-off showdown at Wembley will be given something extra to help inspire Chris Wilder's side.
A free commemorative scarf will be placed on every single seat occupied by a Blade, providing each fan with a memento from the occasion, whilst also generating a sea of colour from the stands as we look to create an atmosphere for the team to thrive at one of the EFL's showpiece occasions.
The scarf is a gift from our owners COH Sports who would like to extend their thanks and gratitude for the magnificent support throughout the campaign.
United's chief executive officer Stephen Bettis explained: "Once we reached the final, the board immediately were united in our belief that we wanted to offer a token of appreciation to all supporters who have made the trip to Wembley.
"Having seen the effect of thousands of scarves being held and waved at other grounds, we thought this would be the ideal time to back a similar initiative ourselves, and as a result the owners have agreed to make a considerable investment to make this happen.
"Our aim is to create an atmosphere which gives the team that extra percentage required which could make all the difference, so raise your scarf with pride and give us that wonderful backing which you've done all season long."
There will be one scarf per seat at Wembley, and we politely ask supporters not to take any extra.
