A soccer agent sent a threatening email to a senior director at Premier League club Chelsea, demanding a six-figure commission over the transfer of French defender Kurt Zouma, prosecutors told a London court on Tuesday.
Former Chelsea director Marina Granovskaia is set to make a rare public appearance on Tuesday in the trial that sees football agent Saif Rubie accused of sending her a threatening email.
Footage emerged in February 2022 of Zouma - and his brother Yoan - abusing a cat in his kitchen, which eventually led to the pair being prosecuted by the RSPCA.
