Some residents at a housing scheme for the over-55s in Shrewsbury are up in arms after Royal Mail banned postal deliveries following an "incident" involving a dog called Brian.
Jeremy Smith, a top-ten shareholder in the parent company of Royal Mail has today said that current management can add more value to the struggling company.
